PS 2007 (MOSS-WS2008R2-SQL Server 2008) Issues

I just performed a new installation of Project Server 2007 (MOSS, WS2008, SQL
Server 2008) with the binaries including SP2 for both MOSS and Project Server.
I did it in 2 different environments : virtuals machine based on vmware for
the first one and HyperV-R2 for the second.
After that, I applied the february 2010 Cumulative Update, without success:
the PWA and SharePoint are still in the SP2 builds' number
I also have these 2 issues (noticed before applying CU):
- project center doesn't display projects or proposals with the following
message: "Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view.
It is most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project,
another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able to view it or
that another user is in the process of publishing the project". Of course, i
checked the rights, everything is ok, and I should be able to see the
proposal in the "Proposal View"
- resource center doesn't display resources with the following message:
"There was an error loading the page. Please try again by clicking Refresh.
If this problem persits, contact your administrator."
Hope someone will be able to help me...
Rgds
