PST Backup - Can not see all of the folders

Help!! I'm trying to backup my personal folders using the backup utility. But for some reason when I go to the "Options" area, I can't see all of my personal folders. They used to be there but now they're not. How can I ass .PST files to the list?

It's possible that your mail profile is corrupted. You can recreate (do not
copy) your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles
