PST file >2GB

I have a use with a PST file >2GB. I ran the inbox repair
tool, but failed. THe MS knowledgebase also recommends
bulletin Q296088S which uses file 2gb152.exe. However, I
can not download this executable. I get an error that the
site or link is bad and it times out.
Anyone has any idea how where else I can get a copy?
