.PST file is getting HUGE!

My Outlook.pst file has gotten huge (340mb). Other than the Archive process
(which seems to work like crap), does anyone have any recommendations on
tools to help get it back to a reasonable size?

Compact the pst. Right click on the top level folder. Choose Properties.
Click the Advanced button and then click Compact Now. Do this three times in
a row for optimum effect. A PST file does not reclaim space after items have
been removed. You have to compact it to reclaim the space.

Hi again Patricia,

I followed your instructions three times, then closed Outlook, reopened it,
then did it another 3 times. My .PST file has only gone from 340mb to
325mb. Any other ideas?

Thanks again for your quick reply!
