PST file with random password

Apparently, Outlook assigned my PST file a random password
(search Microsoft for "random password" for the article)
and I obviously don't know what it is. There is supposed
to be a file on my PC named PST.PASSWORD, but I have since
moved PCs and did not take that file with me.
Can someone please tell me how I can get this file open?

If it's an Outlook 97-2002 PST, try this:
