.pst files in Outlook 2002

How do I transfer .pst files from Outlook 2002 in Windows
XP to Outlook 2000 in Windows 98?

Copy > Paste
Then open it in Outlook 2000 (File > Open... Personal Folders file). You can
then set it to be the new default if that's what you're tying to do, or copy
what you want into the existing default PST.
Do not try to overwrite an existing PST.
