.pst folders backup utility

I have loaded the .pst folders backup utility, but the
option "backup" does not show in the "File" pulldown. Any
suggestions?

Close outlook and it will so up

I tried that already. It's still not thre. I also tried
removing and reinstalling. Any other suggestions?

The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with

the following steps.



1. Exit Outlook.

2. On the Start menu click Run

3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.



regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"



NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the

location on your computer.



4. After running the command line start Outlook.
