A user's pc crash, Now he has new hard drive with
outlook. I try to copy pst from old harddrive to now one
but there is copying error, could not finish copying.
Eighter open directly from old location. Is there any
tool to fix pst file.

Try reading http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm for starters. How
are you trying to copy the PST? SCANPST.EXE is used to repair damaged PSTs.
