Pub 2000 can't open up Pub 2002

I am running Pub 2002 and saved a doc as a Pub 2000 doc so
that another user could open it (he is running Pub 2000).
When the user goes to open it, it gives him an error
saying that it still can't be opened because of what
version it is. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Are either of you running Norton AntiVirus?
Are you sure you clicked Publisher 2000?
Are you using Pack and Go?

I believe that Norton is always running on our systems
unless we purposely disable it. I'm sure I picked
Publisher 2000 and no, we are not using Pack and Go...

Try disabling NAV before saving your file, and before opening on the target
machine.

UN-install/REmove the garbage trash troublesome garbage Norton and buy a
decent anti virus program.
If you use garbage like Symantec Norton you must expect all the problems in
the world.
