Pub 2003 Won't Print

M

Mark

I get this message with 2003 Publisher when printing to a
network printer. I've reinstalled the printer driver and
have all the 2003 updates.

I get it with no other programs...office xp and others:

"There is a problem with your printer settings.

Your printer has given Publisher an invalid value, and
the printer could not be correctly initialized. Check
your printer settings in the Windows control panel."

Thanks

Does this happen with all network printers, or just this one?
What happens if you set the default printer to another one?
What happens if you rename the printer so the name has less than eight
characters?
Did you reboot after uninstalling the drivers, before reinstalling the
drivers?
Are there newer drivers available for your printer?
What version of Windows are you using? What type of printer is this?
