Pub 2007 - problem with format of email forwarded

L

I have produced an email, using a customised email template.
All ok when sent originally, but when the doc sent forward, the layout is
split and distorted.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Not quite the solution I was hoping for.
The email document is long, ideal for an embeded email.
Creating the PDF splits into into pages in all the wrong places and would
have to be sent as an attachment, which wasn't my aim.
Thanks anyway.

If the recipient doesn't have HTML emails enabled then the text will be
converted to plain text and the images will be attachments. The best way is to
send a PDF attachment as JoAnn briefly advised.

Thanks anyway Mary, but HTML emails is enabled and the graphics as
attachments is not the problem.
It actually distorts before the email is even sent forward?! Very strange.
tried on a number of email setups Outlook, Express, and webmail and all do
the same.
Recieve original version fine, then distort when forwarded.
Thanks again.

It sounds to me like the forwarder's email client is somehow affecting the
file. Although you don't like the idea of sending a PDF, it does ensure that
your document remains intact no matter how many times it is forwarded and
that almost everyone can open it and see it exactly as you want them to.
