Dan
I've setup a Public Folder (a Shared Calendar) to record company wide
when someone takes a sick day or vacation day.
Since I do the scheduling, I have the folder assistant setup to
forward new items to my email.
This all works fine, but I can't seem to find a way to have the folder
assistant send me an email if an item is UPDATED.
For example,
A supervisor records that John Smith will take a half day on 1/8/2004
and be out of the office from 8am to noon. Because John had to wait 3
hours for his doctor, he will now not be in until 2pm. The supervisor
IS able to update the appointment item, but the folder assistant does
NOT send me the update.
This is the update I'm looking for....
Can I do this thru the folder assistant, or thru some script?? (I'm
not that familiar with Outlook Scripting)
All clients are running:
Win2k 5.00.2195 Service Pack 3
Outlook 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.4527)
Unfortunately since I don't work in the NOC I'm not sure what Exchange
version we are running. We are using AD, so we MUST be on at LEAST
Exchange 2000 or later.
Thanks for any help!!
