Public Folders - Follow-Up Flag

Currently using Outlook 2002. Is it possible to flag a
post in a public folder for follow-up? Our department
tracks tickets and needs to flag a ticket complete when
finished with work. Any other info would help.

Maybe a feature in Outlook 2003?
