publish book with no margin

I'm trying to create an area visitor's guide using in-house photos. The
guide will have approximately 40 pages, with the first 15 showcasing local
events, etc. I would like for there to be NO MARGINS, with the pictures used
going to the edge of the page. Is there any way to do this? Thank you so

a) Pictures going to the edge of a page are inadvisable in most cases.
b) It is possible, if your printer supports full bleed.
