I do not have Hyperlink on the Insert Menu nor is there Web Page Preview on
the File Menu. Appreciate assistance

You must change the publication to a web page before those options are
available.

I have a newsletter template that I'm considering changing from Word to
Publisher (both 2000), so I came on here looking for information on
hyperlinks and stumbled on this posting.

In my case, I want to create the newsletter in Publisher with hyperlinks,
then convert to PDF for dissemination. Are you saying this will not be
possible in Publisher 2000, since I can't create hyperlinks without making a
web page? What about in later versions?
