Publisher 2002 installation problem

Hi,

I'm trying to install Microsoft Publisher 2002 (Academic Edition) on a
machine running Windows 2000P. The installer quits immediately with the
message

"Microsoft Publisher 2002 cannot be installed on this computer.

This product requires Microsoft Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition,
Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a, or Windows 2000 or later."

We have not had this issue on other computers with similar configurations.
