I am trying to use Publisher as a way to present my multimedia content on the
web.
I imported an 800X600 graphic as the background for my Publisher template
and changed page orientation to landcape. When I convert the Publisher file
to Acrobat, the finished pdf file shows printing crop marks around my 800X600
graphic and white space around the entire image.

What do I need to do to have the final output in pdf to be precisely spot-on
800x600? Or is it an Acrobat issue that I need to address in the Adobe forum?
Thanks for any help.

When you go to print, look at the Acrobat's printer properties, there are choices in
the settings.

For a complete lack of border and crop marks on your PDF file, your paper
size (in Acrobat) and page size (in Publisher) must match precisely.

Mary and Ed:
Thanks for your replies.

I can see how in Publisher I can change the paper size when I am in the
print mode, but Publisher does not allow me to convert the page size from
inches to pixels.

I tried creating a publication in web mode and I am able to create a page to
my background graphic of 806x606 pixels, but the background graphic becomes
tiled in Acrobat. I've searched the database on Publisher and can not find
how to turn the tiling off.
Thanks for any help.

In Publisher, tools, options, change the measurements to pixels there. The page setup
will then reflect this setting.
