Publisher 2003 Mail Merge

When using Publisher 2003 and mail merging with an Access
file, the edit recipient list does not work. The Edit
button is grayed out after selecting Edit recipient list
with the wizard. Copied same files to a machine with
Publisher 2002 and the Edit button is available

What version of Windows are you using?

Export your Access file in CSV and Publisher 2003 will handle it well.

Look the Merge in Publisher has always had its foibles. In Publisher 2003
it is significantly enhanced, but you are not the first to have issues with
Access. Personally, I reckon anybody who uses MS Access deserves all the
problems and issues they get.
