publisher 2003 newsletter to email printing question

When creating a newsletter with Publisher 2003 with text and graphics we
distribute it by clicking File..Send email...as message. When employees try
to print out the email, it prints out to over 1,000 pages. When we turn it
into a PDF, it is only a 7-10 page document. Any suggestions?

Yes - send it as a .pdf. Even if it was acting properly, you would only be
able to print out the first page.

we do have a printable version link to a pdf but users print the email out
anyway. This is only a recent problem, it hasnt happened in the past. could
it be a problem with the template?

No clue. All I know is that a Publisher multi-page email newsletter will not
print anything past the first page.

Publisher doesn't send more than one page. If your recipients have Publisher
installed, send as an attachment. How 1000+ copies is printed is a mystery. Do
you use a merge?

We set the page set up to a banner format, delete pages 2-4 and use it as a
one page newsletter. We have been doing it this way for over a year with no
problem, its just the last 2 issues that have caused this issue.
