I have publisher 2003 - and my graphic artist has adobe idesign

How can she open my files in adobe indesign?

She can't... You will have to save your file to something Adobe InDesign can
use. Maybe an image extension. Is your artist going to edit the file? Do a PDF.

Yes - she will possible edit- and she will use some of my work and some of
hers in indesign to create the finished product

I looked up the compatabile extensions for .pub but found none that indesign
would use - the older versions I understand you could convert to pagemaker -
then indesign would read pagemaker

but pagemaker software no longer is sold I understand

Any more ideas?

Thanks

The only other solution is to save the document as text. Of course this will not
include the images. If you save as a PDF, your designer can get an idea of your
publication, might even be able to convert it since InDesign is an Adobe
product.
