Using HP 1200dtn in duplex mode: publisher 2000 matches both sides
perfectly, publisher 2003 is 1/2 inch off one side to the other.

Try downloading the new PCL driver just released 2 weeks ago for the hp1200

And see if an updated printer driver solves the problem. There is also
another driver available there from August of last year.
