Hello,

How would I set margin to print on paper size 5 1/2 by 8 1/2.

If you setup your page in page setup for 5.5 x 8.5, landscape Publisher will
print two copies per sheet. If your paper is actually 5.5 x 8.5, setup your
printer as a custom size before you setup your page. Publisher will default to
the custom print setup when you click custom in the page setup.

Hi Mary,

I was able to send the information to the printer, when I attempted to
change the printer settings to a custom settings it would not allow me to
make the changes. The message that I received once I entered the margin
settings, was I needed to delete some of the customize settings because it
was too many already. What was also puzzeling was, I had never added any
changes to the printer at all, and I also I did not see a feature that would
even allow me to delete any of the default settings as well.

However, I was able to send the information to the printer without changing
the printer 1st. I also hope that it will work on the actual printer that I
am going to use to print the information.

You can download the driver for the printer you intend to use, you don't need
the physical printer.
