PUBLISHER 2007 / MAIL MERGE / MULTIPLE PAGES PER SHEET

Y

YOURDESKTOMINE

Prevsious posts addressed part of issue.

Using merge with Pulisher to create 4 postcards per sheet.
Each postcard has specific figures merged in for each recipient:
Example:
#1 - Suzie Q $1500
#2 - Jane D $3700
#3 - Sam M $4500
#4 - June B $100

Problem is that the merge prints 2 fronts & 2 backs on each page. The front
doesn't correlate with the information on the back of the postcard.
Basically, it prints the front & back side of a single merge record on one
side.

I use the merge with Publisher 2003 for the exact same situation and it
works perfectly, because it prints 4 fronts on one side & 4 backs on the
other side.

HELP!!!

I suggest you do two different publications if Suzie Q is on the front and $1500
is on the back.

If this is the case, remember, what you see on the left on the front will be on
the right on the back. Which in turn means you will have to re-think your data.

Publisher 2007 print and page setup is an adventure.
