Publisher 2007 print dialog preview

Is there a way to turn off the preview in the Print Dialog box? I've tried
selecting the "Show how to insert paper" but it always defaults back to "Show
paper after printing".

Is there a particular reason you don't want the preview? You can setup your
printer before you create your publication, then when you are ready to print,
click the icon on the toolbar. The preview dialogue will not show.

I am printing in an office that has 2 printers (a color & b/w). To send a
document, I have to go to the print dialog box, select the specific printer,
then select preferences to be more specific about how the printer is to
handle the document (send to mailbox, print as booklet, etc.) Also, when
printing business cards or postcards, I have to go to the print dialog to
select multiple copies per sheet as well as under more print options change
it from the default margins to what I need. With each click, it makes me
wait to generate a new preview. I am just trying to speed up the process.

Thanks!

With Publisher 2007 there is no easy way to setup a custom page and a custom
print.
