Publisher 2007 toolbar icons

How can I change the icon for one of the commands I've added to (customized
on) the toolbar?

I did it in Pub2003 but don't know & can't find how! let alone know if it's
available in 07.

Right-click the icon while the customize menu is open, there are options.

It doesn't seem to have the image I want in the choices (did I miss a way to
get more choices?), but at least I can choose something that maybe I'll
remember!
