Publisher 2k7 - HP DesignJet 800 - Printing Issues

Hello All,

We've got issues printing to our DesignJet800ps printer using
Publisher 2k7 (we had no issues with 2k3 version). We do see the
print preview in grayscale only issue that others report on the list,
but we do get color when we print. Our issues are more with page and
print orientation/scaling. If I get everything setup correctly for
page/scaling under File->PrintSetup things look good in the mini
preview window on that page. If I select the print preview button on
that page the full window preview looks fine. When I select File-
PrintPreview the orientation is all screwed up and the preview looks
nothing like we expect it. If I go back to File->PrintSetup and push
the preview button again, everything is fine. Unfortunately, when we
actually print, the orientation/scaling is the same as the distorted
view when selecting File->PrintPreview.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Just some more information... We're printing 36"x72" posters on
36"x100ft rolls of paper. Our document is setup as 18x36" and we
print to the poster size using 200% scaling. This method works fine
under the 2k3 version.

Thanks,

Keith

I've never setup a large format publication via Publisher 2007. The only advice
I can give you is the same as I have given other folks, setup your page size,
use the advanced settings for how you want the poster to print.
