The only reference we can find to this error is in conjunction with ZoomText and how
it handles clipart.
Undialog.cpp Error Message
When inserting clipart into a Microsoft Office application with ZoomText running, the
Office app would display an "Undialog.cpp" error. This problem has been fixed in
version 7.01.

My recommendation would be to re-install Publisher in safe mode. It is a programming
error.
Compact your Gallery, right-click any image in the catalog, click recover.
The Clip Gallery has its own help files, there are troubleshooting steps you could
try.
