publisher 98 with windows 98

Is there a downloadable version of MS Publisher 98 available anywhere?
I tried to reinstall it for a couple reasons and it would hang the system after 13% of the install.
NOw, my CD Drive won't recognize the CD.

Might be a damaged CD, have you tried cleaning it?

Copy the CD to your hard drive and try installing it that way.

Thanks, also for the article. In the meantime, I realized the CD drive isn't reading any CD's, so I cleaned it but it still doesn't work. I guess I'll get someone to upload the install or transfer my data to someone else while I get the CD repaired.
