Publisher border or background

Hi, I wish to have my pages with a border of one photo, not tiled. Or, I wish
to have the background as one opaque photo. Is this possible with
Office/Publisher 2003?

Yes, you could do either of those things. But I kind of suspect that's not
the answer you were looking for.

When you format the background within the format menu, it will tile. You best
solution is to go to the Master Page (ctrl+m) and insert your photo. You can use
the wash out feature on the picture toolbar.
