Publisher - created certificate, shrink to postcard

I created an original "certificate" in Publisher. I want to shrink the
certificate so that I can make it into a post card. I want to be able to fit
four on a page when I print it out. I do not want it to effect the integrity
of the doucument. How can I accomplish this?

I gotta ask this - Why didn't you make it small to start with?

One way to solve your dilemma: Set all of your text to "Shrink to fit".
Select all, group it, grab a handle and drag it in.

At work they wanted me to make certificates and then they decided they were
too big and it would be better to shrink them down to 4 on a page and than
cut them out.

However, I created my own design "templates" (w/15+ boxes of art and text)
and used pictures from the company image file. I didn't realize I could not
just adjust it in the page layout.

Isn't there a way to cut/paste and crop it to fit? The master template
doesn't shrink to fit either.

HELP!

The easiest and quickest way to do this would be to download and install
FinePrint from www.fineprint.com.

You can change the Publication into a picture. Select all, right-click the selection,
click save as picture. You have a choice of resolutions.

Of course there is. All you need to do is group all the elements together.
Then edit/copy/paste special/picture. You can then resize up or down. Note:
be sure to deselect the original image prior to the paste special to avoid
overwriting it with the picture.

Problem with that, Ed, is that, unless they register, the resulting
print will have 'unregistered' emblazoned all over it.

I never said it was the *cheapest* way to do it... :)
