Publisher document in email

Created a marketing piece that I would like to email to clients. Looking for
a way to send it without the tool bars, ruler marking, etc. that appear when
opened. Would like for the recipient to see the document without these
things. Guidance sought. Working with Publisher 2003

Greetings:

Please note that I own Adobe Acrobat Professional. Going to a PDF would
simply exchange one "frame" for another. I am looking for a solution that
would allow the viewer to see the document as if they were holding a printed
copy

Then send the publication as an image. Select all, group, right-click, save as
picture. Attach this to your email.

Of course even that would have the toolbars of a picture viewer.
