Need to find Casablanca font for Publisher. Has anyone any
idea where I might find it? Have it on my PC, but not on
my laptop version. Is there any way I can transfer it by
USB or smilar?

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Go to c:\Windows\Fonts on the desktop machine
Find the Casablanca font, and drag it to a floppy disk or USB mass storage
device
Eject floppy/USB drive and plug it into the laptop
Open up the c:\Windows\Fonts folder on the laptop
Drag the Casablanca font from the floppy/USB drive to the Fonts folder

When dragging to a different drive (hard drive or external medium),
Windows will always copy. On the same drive, Windows will always move.
(Unless you're dragging an EXE - they tend to make shortcuts, but not
always). And to the desktop, Windows will normally make a shortcut.

Which is why I choose to ALWAYS use RIGHT CLICK and drag.

Like Ed said...but make sure you COPY it and not MOVE it.

Ctrl-Drag always copies
Shift-Drag always moves
And Ctrl-Shift-Drag always shortcuts.
Which is why I almost never right-click and drag (takes too durn long)
