I am using Windows Vista Business to run MS Office 2007. I was sent and
opened a document from someone using Publisher 2003, and now my publisher and
outlook are running in the 2003 format, but my other MS Office products are
still running normally. I would very much like to continue running inthe
2007 format, how can I get my publisher and outlook to run correctly??

Are you saying your Office products reverted to 2003? Were there Office 2003
applications on your computer? Outlook cannot revert back to 2003 once 2007 is
installed. Have you re-booted?

Is the Publisher 2007 icon present in the Office program files? It would be in
a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12

When you right-click a Publisher file, properties, opens with... change, can you
associate the file with Publisher 2007?

Open the Programs folder in the Control Panel, click on the Office application,
click on repair.

Please check Help > About and make sure you are indeed running Publisher
2003 rather than 2007. The fact that the interface looks the same as
Publisher 2003 is not an indicator that you are running Publisher 2003;
the interface was not changed for Publisher 2007.
