Publisher newsletter template and mail merge

There's a heck of a good 14-page tutorial on using MS. WORD and a mail
merge at:

http://i.i.com.com/cnwk.1d/i/tr/downloads/home/lowe_word4_mail_merge.pdf

My question is: is there a similar excellent tutorial for using
PUBLISHER and mail merge? Or will that WORD tutorial also work for
PUBLISHER, substituting PUBLISHER stuff where needed? I know, that's
probably a stretch.

I publish a 6 to 10-page newsletter about three times a year for my
Rockland (Maine) High School Class of 1952, and I'd like to use a mail
merge to automatically put the 90 addresses (of surviving classmates)
on the last page of that newsletter as I print the last page of every
issue. I use a newsletter template in PUBLISHER to lay out the
newsletter and I'm very pleased with it (9 issues so far), except that
I can't quite figure out how to use the mail merge feature with it.
Everything I've read so far has been too complicated, but I found that
WORD tutorial cited above to be quite clear for that program. Is there
a similar one for PUBLISHER?

Or do you have any other advice for me regarding a mail merge with a
PUBLISHER newsletter template program?

I've been reading this Usenet group for about a year and have often
benefited greatly from the acumen of the PUBLISHER experts who freely
give of their expertise on it. I'm glad to have the opportunity to
thank all who contribute to it. Hope you can help me on this specific
topic too.
