When I preview a document, the words that I have underlined don't show up as
underlined in the preview. Only some of them will. Do I have a virus or is
there a bug in the program? How do I fix it?

Thank you.

My guess would be that your video driver needs to be updated. That can cause
some really odd things to appear, or not appear.

Thank you. How would I update the video driver?

You go to the Video Card manufacturers site and look for Updated Drivers.
Look for your Card and version date

Good observation. No, I do not know what video card/video chip is in my
system. How would I find that out?

Thank you.
