Publisher Printing Problem

A user on our network (Windows Server 2003 running Symantec anti virus
software) has been using Publisher 2002 for some time. Suddenly, he can no
longer print to our network printer; however, the printer works from other
Microsoft applications on his computer. Any thoughts?
