Can I change a Publisher file to a .jpg or .tif format? How?

Publisher 2002 and 2003 you can go to File > Save As and select TIFF or JPEG
format.

Publisher 2000 or earlier you will need a third-party app like FinePrint
(www.fineprint.com) or SnagIt (www.techsmith.com)
