Publisher Ribbon

How come there isnt a ribbon for Publisher 2007? Is that just because its
sitll in Beta or is Office 2007 going to butchered up.

It was a choice between either adding a Ribbon or adding useful new
features.

Adding a Ribbon between the beta and the release version would be a
ridiculous proposition.
