Publisher setup

I have been trying to install Office 2000 Professional. I
had no trouble installing CD1 with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
and Access but I'm unable to install Disc 2 with Publisher.
Publisher is what I'm really needing to install and I keep
getting an error message that says, internal error 2349.
Please help!
