Publisher splittig page

I would like to know how can I split a page in Publisher.
Example: I would like to split page in four equal quarter parts or
Example : split top half of page in two quarter and bottom part to look like
half page
Example : two equal half page

If all four quarters are going to be the same select postcard in page setup.

Example : split top half of page in two quarter and bottom part to look like
half page

In Publisher, Arrange, Grid Guides, Two rows, two columns,

Example : two equal half page

If you want both half pages to print the same, in page setup, click
custom,landscape, type, 5.5 in the width box. (Or select portrait and type
4.25). Otherwise it is as above, arrange, two rows or two columns depending on
your paper orientation.
