Publisher won't print page numbers on bottom, any suggestions?

I'm creating a booklet form document. I inserted page numbers at the bottom
of the document to print center. When I go to print, no page numbers.

Any help is appreciated.

How close to the bottom are you trying to put them?

If you move them up towards the middle of the page, do they print then?
