No - but you *can* save a Publisher 2003 file as a Publisher 2000 file. ;-)

I can do it, but it'll cost you £60 for an eBay copy of Publisher 2000, plus
£50 parts and labour. (-:

Okay, that way will work. don't forget your mileage charge as well. I think
the IRS allows about 25¢/mile. Don't know about Inland Revenue.

That's about 13p/mile! That's nothing!

Of course, petrol (gasoline) costs about 4 times as much over here (we're
starting to hit about US$2 per LITRE), so milage costs tend to be higher
anyway.
I don't know whether the Inland Revenue put a limit on the milage rate.
I normally travel by train and just send a receipt for the train ticket
instead.

But since the OP is in the US (email addy puts her in Little Rock,
Arkansas), you may have trouble finding a train that will take you there.

And you think it'd be easier to drive?
I don't know what the trains are like in Russia, but I'd say it'd be quicker
to take the train across Europe > Asia > Siberia > Alaska > Canadia > US
than to drive it.
Of course, I could just include flights as well :)

Take a flight - but the scenery would be lovely in a car. It's a long trip
between rest stops tho. Better go to the bathroom before you leave.
