I installed Publisher 2003 on my desk computer and my laptop. Desk computer
crashed. Now I am trying to reinstall, but sign says I can't because I've
already used all my installations. What can I do?

Use the phone activation. When you call, let them know of your
circumstance, and they will give you a new activation key.
