Publishing a book in publisher 2002

When printing a book and a page is jammed. How do you restart the printing
from the page that is jammed.

Most printers will know they did not finish that page and then do it
again once the jam is cleared.
If you lost the job altogether then going to File> Print should show a
window that lets you choose the printer and which pages you want to
print.

Thank you for responding. I have had this problem for a while and I
contacted Canon and HP and told them about my problem and they said it is a
MS software problem. MS said it is a printer problem. I have tried several
times to set it to start the printing at different pages and it always starts
on the first page no matter where it is set to start. Any other suggestions?

Are you saying that in the print dialogue when you say print pages some number
to some other number you don't get a query saying "Print as a separate booklet?"
Are you clicking no to this query?
