Publishing a project with documents attached

When we tried to publish a project with documentation related to this
project. The project went fine, but the documents did not load.

Maybe I am missing something here. Shouldn't the documents be found in
SharePoint services web site ?

Help and thanks for everyone.

In an enterprise environment, when you want to save project documents along
with a project, you must upload the documents while in SharePoint Team
Services. One way to do this is to log into Project Web Access, then to
click the Documents menu. Select your project from among the list of
projects in the "My Documents" section and then click the Shared Documents
icon. Finally, click the Upload Document button and follow the steps in the
Wizard to upload the document.

Another method is to open your project in Microsoft Project 2002 while you
are logged into Project Server, then to click Collaborate - Documents. This
will take you directly to the SharePoint subweb for your specific project.
Using either method will allow you to upload documents to SharePoint that
are associated with your project.

It sounds like you have either embedded or linked documents from within your
project plan, however, this will not upload documents for you to SharePoint.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to use method #1, but when I selected a project to add/upload a
document, it said:

"Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are based on SharePoint
Team Services from Microsoft.
A SharePoint Team Services subweb needs to be created for your project
before you can share project documents or track project issues. Subweb
creation takes a few minutes, so if the project was just published, wait a
few minutes and then visit the page again. Otherwise, please contact your
system administrator."

I am using ProjectServer to logon, not the windows account.

Bad news. Documents and Issues are only available to those who use Windows
account for authentication in the Project Server environment. Sorry.
