Publishing from Project 2003 when not on same domain as user accou

I am trying to publish a project from Project Pro 2003 to Project Server
2003. All previous publishing with Project Server accounts went fine, and
the PWA system works fine. However, I am now trying to publish from a Windows
Auth account while logged on locally to my machine. That is, I am trying to
publish from a computer that is not logged into the domain that the Windows
Authentication users are a part of.

I cannot use the "Windows user account" setting, because it shows my local
machine account and not the domain account that is set up in Project Server.
I also cannot specify a "MS Office Project" username, as I am trying to use a
Win Auth account and not a Project Server account.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if my explaination is
not clear.
