Publishing to Web - can not get graphics to display

I published my website to web then uploaded the index.htm
file and created directory for the index_files then
uploaded all of the files created by Publisher 2003 to
it.

However, none of my graphics will display on the website.

All that is displayed are the alternate text.

The url for this is wsitinc.com

Can some one help explain what I did wrong and where to
put the graphics to get them to display?
