Publishing

I maintain a web site stored on a local government agency UNIX based
network. For over a year the site was updated without any problems using
the publish feature of FrontPage. Lately, none of my changes are registered
by the site. I look at the files with a ftp program and they look like they
are new but when accessed with browsers the old information appears. Server
has no extensions installed so those features are not possible. I have even
used ftp instead of using the embedded ftp feature of FP with no luck.

Any ideas??
