Pulling Info from a Form into a database

Is it possible to pull certain information from an InfoPath Form to a
separate database without a InfoPath Forms Server?

I currently have a form published in SharePoint and would like to be
able to pull information from that form and insert it into another
database. But I would like it to pull it on specific dates and if any
changes have been made to that form to update the other database
automatically. Is this possible?

Can you tell me how to do this exactly? I am discovered InfoPath by
mistake and now am interested in using it to its full cabability.
Unfortunately I am not too sure that that is.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
