put emails, tasks, appointments and memos in one folder/view

Does anyone know how I can create my own Outlook Today type of view for multiple projects so I can view all the messages, appointments, tasks, and memos related to a single project together? I'd be happy even if I can only stick them all in one folder. Does anyone know how I can do that
